Discreet???

"Denise Howell likes to think out loud. Every day the Los Angeles technology lawyer adds to her blog..." Thus begins a recent article at law.com. What I'm wondering about is the title: "A Discreet Bullhorn." Those of us who know Denise might wonder precisely whom the writer was interviewing. The first picture, below, is how Ms. Howell, Esq. appears in the piece. The second is Denise working her actual bloghorn. Which view is closer to the truth? Only her hairdresser knows for sure. And even then, as Wittgenstein once remarked, "Whereof one cannot speak, thereon one must remain silent."
