Terms of Service
ripped from cops
Some of you have complained that it's difficult to understand our terms of service "agreement" -- and if you click on that link, you'll understand why. (Hint: make sure your speakers are turned up nice and loud.) However, for those who never bother reading the fine print, we think it's high time that you fully grasp the implications of what you've let yourselves in for...

Color Spec Sheet

"Thy relics, Rowe, to this fair urn we trust
and sacred place by Dryden's awful dust."

Alexander Pope
Not that I have clue who Rowe was, or give a tinkers dam. But here's another absurdly cool tool that I really shouldn't let on about. It does some amazing things with web colors -- which today means basically any colors unless your audience is peering at your blog through digital display relics that belong in the Smithsonian; i.e., you can safely forget about "web safe" colors. This spec sheet and color swatch are but a few of the things ColorImpact produces without a hiccup, though it doesn't give you much of an idea of the truly awesome shit this s/w cranks out. Shareware trial, 45 bucks to register, and sadly, I get no kickback. The company URL is at the end of this item.

Tools for Fools
Well, it's better than "Web Software for Dummies," isn't it? No? Well then... something about all the people all the time. At any rate, Mandarin Design just published a little article I wrote for that very excellent site called Cheap Thrills for the Beer-Budget Blogger. It's about some of the programs I use to make an ass of myself on the web. Or as Selene would say: an asshat. I hope you enjoy it. Fool!

Until a minute ago, I had no photos. I still have no photos to speak of. I don't even have a camera. But all these people were linking to "my photos." It was embarassing. It's still embarassing. But I'm used to that.
