Mother Superior Jumped the Gun
Dr. Thompson assures us we're in good hands, as long as he has his finger on the trigger. "I have a safety record," he says. Yes, and we have all our rabies shots.

Gothic Porn, Anyone?
Larry is an old friend. He writes... "Things are going well, sounds like. just got back from trips here and there, now back to looking for money. Know anybody who needs a writer? Contracts, bills of attainder, love letters, snappy comebacks, melodramas, self-help, gothic porn, menus, sandwich boards, speeches for national conventions, after dinner quips, dear john letters, death threats, bylaws and historical novels. Contact EA Poe, Furnished Room Theatricals." He's really good at this stuff. Not technical, but then, chances are, neither are you. To kick his tires, click the header on this item.

That Book
People continue to write all manner of villainous shit about us on Amazon. Free speech has simply gone too far. Retaliate, won't you?

Publish magazine
This rag has been around since the Flood, but is reinventing itself by getting weirdos like me to write for it. Working on my second and third columns now. The first should be out soon.

RageBoy's Amazon Order History
What the old boy's been buying for the past six months. Please help. If you've actually read any of these books, please tell him what they're about. He hasn't.

Business Week
Next week, the magazine is putting out a special issue on The 21st Century Corporation. I'll be talking about Gonzo Marketing there.

Doc Searls Weblog
Doc's weblog looks much better than this one, but this one is only a few hours old. I'll catch up (right after I catch on). See his hit on WebMostLinked.com and how rageboy.com is ranked right up there with the major minors.

Freenet
I interviewed Ian Clarke, founder of Freenet, last thursday. Look for the results next week on Feed.

Darwin Online - Netropolis - Web Guide - CRM
Darwin magazine writeup on personalization.com. "The site is refreshingly devoid of typical marketing speak, thanks undoubtedly to the editorship of Christopher Locke, who coauthored The Cluetrain Manifesto, a website-turned-book that blasts companies for treating customers like so many unthinking sheep."

Harvard Business Review
Finally finished the "review essay" for HBR. Look for it in the November-December issue. That is, if you're inclined to shell out for the paper edition or pay for it on the site. These guys don't seem to believe that ASCII wants to be free. And they wouldn't let me use the word "suck" -- can you fucking believe that?

Until a minute ago, I had no photos. I still have no photos to speak of. I don't even have a camera. But all these people were linking to "my photos." It was embarassing. It's still embarassing. But I'm used to that.
